I found myself as a lawyer primarily in the fields of litigation, administrative judiciary as well as tax law and criminal law. Particularly in the area of litigation, I have gained much valuable experience while representing clients in complex and sensitive cases, including proceedings before the Slovak Supreme Court and the Slovak Constitutional Court. In the field of tax and tax optimization, I can provide a unique insight into this issue not only as a legal counsel but also as a tax advisor.

 

I also advise clients on matters involving compensation of survivors for various accidents, tragedies and violent acts. I defend the interests of the weaker parties by providing them pro bono legal advice primarily on consumer and employment law matters where, in justified cases, I represent strongly disadvantaged debtors or discriminated employees.

 

In my professional career, I worked as an attorney at a reputable Czech-Slovak law firm, as an in-house lawyer in multinational companies, and also as a tax specialist at a major consultancy firm. For several years I held the post of Director of the Office of Chairman of the Civil Service Authority. I am also active in giving lectures.

 

I am fluent in English and German and in my free time I like nature walks or reading a good book.
